Based in Malaysia, Michael has successfully developed properties for over 30 years, encompassing tens of thousands of units worth over USD 2 billion. He has served as a director on the boards of several public listed companies, including the position of CEO of Tongkah Holdings Berhad. Departing from the public sphere in 1993, Michael has founded the numerous private equity property companies which comprise Sanctuary Lakes Global Group representing investors from the US, Australia, Malaysia, Thailand and China, with operations spanning the globe.

At this stage, multiple disciplines and technical expertise must be engaged to develop a comprehensive plan. This stage encompasses physical construction and design/budget compliance. A dedicated Project Manager will coordinate all parties to ensure the plan is carried out as scheduled, within established cost and quality parameters.
